Prior to joining Terra Nova, Burton was a senior equity analyst for the Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund. Before joining Wasatch Global Investors, Burton was an associate at Alta Growth Capital, a Mexican private equity fund based in Mexico City. He began his career in investment banking at Citi in New York, where he analyzed mergers and acquisitions and equity transactions throughout Latin America.
Burton holds an MBA from The Wharton School, and is a CFA charterholder.
Ivan Nechunaev
Senior Investment Professional
Prior to joining Terra Nova, Ivan was a private equity associate at LeapFrog Investments in London, where he analyzed emerging markets investments with focus on social impact in Africa. Ivan has also worked at JANA Partners in New York and PIMCO in Munich and London, and he began his career at J.P. Morgan in London. Ivan was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 list in finance.
Ivan holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Michael Aguila, CFA
Senior Research Analyst
Michael joined Terra Nova as a research assistant. Previously, Michael was a strategic business analyst at Vivant Corporation, a listed small cap power company in the Philippines. He began his career as a deal advisory associate at KPMG where he performed valuation and due diligence on the Philippine market.
Michael holds a BS in Accountancy, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joyce del Rosario
Administrative Assistant
Prior to joining Terra Nova, Joyce was an HR Specialist at the No. 1 pizza and pasta chain in the Philippines. She began her career in HR at one of the BPOs in the Philippines.
Joyce holds an AB in Psychology.
